Support for the D73 mobile application with iOS bundle identifier com.d73.cdl (referred to below as the App). We identify it by that identifier rather than by a product name, because a store listing can change and an identifier cannot.

Email us: connectstillalive@gmail.com — we reply within 24–72 hours.

There is no chat, no phone line, and no account to log into. Email is the only support channel, and it is a real inbox.

Using the App

• Today — the one thing to do next.
• Learn — the full course, chapter by chapter.
• Practice — quizzes, chapter checks, and full test simulators.
• Plan — your schedule up to exam day.
• Analysis — your readiness, your trend, and your weakest area.
• Settings — the gear at the top right of Analysis.

Reminders

Turn reminders on or off in Settings, or in your device settings:

• iOS: Settings › Notifications › (the App)
• Android: Settings › Apps › (the App) › Notifications

Premium

Premium unlocks the full course, practice, simulators, and analysis. The plans, their lengths and their prices are shown on the purchase screen in the App — that screen reads live from the App Store, so it is always correct for your country and currency.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

• Cancel on iOS: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions
• Cancel on Android: Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions
• Refunds: handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com, or by Google Play. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves.

Paid but nothing unlocked? Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same store account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email us.

Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your store account.

Delete your data

Settings › Delete my data.

This permanently erases your account and everything stored with it — study plan, progress, quiz and simulator history, chapter completions, and bookmarks — on our servers and on your device. No email or request to us is needed.

It cannot be undone. It does not cancel an active subscription. If you are offline when you try, or you want written confirmation, email us instead.

Something wrong?

• Nothing loads: check your connection, then close and reopen the App.
• Progress looks wrong: open the App while online so it can sync.
• A question looks incorrect: email us the chapter and what you saw. We fix content.
• The App crashed: tell us your device and iOS version so we can reproduce it.

Privacy

We do not sell your data, show ads, track you across apps, or collect your precise location. Analytics are on by default and you can turn them off any time in Settings › Privacy › Share app analytics without losing any functionality.

The App is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the U.S. Department of Transportation, the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), or any state Department of Motor Vehicles or licensing agency. Those names are used only to identify the tests the App helps you study for. The App does not provide Entry-Level Driver Training, does not register you for a test, and does not issue a permit or licence. Practice results are not a guarantee of your official test result.
